A few days after scoring a Hargrave Academy-record 68 points, University of Louisville signee Terry Rozier has risen 68 spots in the updated national player rankings by Scout.com.
Rozier, a 6-foot-2 point guard for Hargrave, is now the nation’s No. 15 prospect and rated five-stars by Scout. Rozier was considered a solid but not elite prospect when he originally signed with U of L in 2012 out of Shaker Heights. According to Scout, he’s now the nation’s No. 3 point guard, behind Kentucky signee Andrew Harrison and Florida signee Kasey Hill.
Rozier has improved his athletic ability and skill during a postgraduate season at Hargrave and looks almost certainly like he’ll be an immediate-impact player at U of L. (Rozier had everything on display on Saturday in a double-overtime win over Action Sports Academy at Iroquois High School.)
Another notable mover in the Scout rankings was University of Kentucky signee Marcus Lee, a California power forward, who moved up 18 spots to No. 21 nationally and is now a five-star player.
