Julius Randle – one of six University of Kentucky basketball commitments or signees participating – had 19 points and seven rebounds for the losing East team while being named a co-MVP of the Jordan Brand Classic high school all-star game in Brooklyn on Saturday night.
Duke-bound Jabari Parker was the other co-MVP with 16 points and seven rebounds for the West, which won 102-98 at the Barclays Center.
UK target Andrew Wiggins of the East tied Randle for the game high with 19 points.
UK signee James Young had 10 points, including two 3-pointers, for the winning West.
Among the other future Wildcats, Dakari Johnson (West) had eight points, and Marcus Lee (West), Andrew Harrison (East) and Aaron Harrison (East) each scored six. Andrew Harrison also had a game-high eight assists.
Indiana University signees Troy Williams and Noah Vonleh had eight and four points, respectively for the West.
